BANG !!!!!!!!!!! We Are Off

The alarm sounded. I don’t think either of us had a good night sleep. Excited, trying to think of any things we may have forgotten. Out of bed, showered, dressed and ready to go.
Disconnected the 240 volt power to the van, started the car and we were on our way by 6.10 am. Down the drive and head for the Bellarine Highway and down to Queenscliff to catch the 7 am ferry.
We were second in line at the ferry terminal. We were told it can be very busy at that hour because of the cheaper caravan fees. We must have been lucky. It was quiet.
A very pleasant crossing on the ferry and on arriving at Sorrento punched in my sister, Margarets address into the Navman and away we go.
Arrived at our destination about 9.30am and the rest of the day setting up the caravan,and spent the rest of the day chatting, etc. Planning our next few days
