Gordonvale to Cairns

Slow start this morning.  Once we were up, showered and fed it was time to check we had sorted what we needed. After another short chat with Doug and Flo we departed for Cairns.  We arrived at Manunda where we had organized storage for the van,  left it there and drove to Grahame and Mundi's. As we arrived Mundi was just about to leave for work so a quick hello before she left.  We settled in then drove  off to a shopping centre for a look around and a cup of coffee.

Back to the house for an enjoyable tea and catch up then telly and bed.
We fly back to Victoria on Monday to celebrate Hayley's first birthday with all our family then return to Cairns on July 24th so we will continue our blog then.

Ps. The rest area last night had a lot of backpackers.
