We had a very busy 3 weeks - Cairns Botanical Gardens, Palm Cove etc before flying back to Geelong to attend our grand daughter's, Hayley, christening and 1st birthday. It was also a family reunion, Kim and Bert flew in from Malaysia, Nicole flew in from Brisbane and Simone was already there. My brother and 2 sisters also came to Hayley's birthday party. We also caught up with several friends.
We flew back to Cairns on July 24th and spent the last few days with Grahame and Mundi - day trip to Port Douglas , visited the Tablelands etc. Once again thanks to Grahame and Mundi for their hospitality.
Our rough plan at this stage is to travel to Townsville, then out to Hughenden, across to Winton then to Longreach. Nothing further planned at this stage.
It was good to see you both, and the rest of the family while you were home. Julie x
