The Entrance Day 5

This morning we visited the Farmers Market in the Memorial Park.  Quite an extensive array of stalls and very well attended. We spent over an hour wandering.

Back to the van for a light lunch and did some washing then we set off for a walk to the actual entrance to the Tuggerah Lakes. At one stage there were information boards every 20m on the local history on a well constructed boardwalk.

We then continued on past The Entrance Surf Club,  then it was onto the beach,  past the salt water swimming pool,  across some rocky outcrops until we reached Toowoon Bay Surf Club. We were hoping for a coffee break but to no avail,  all closed.

We then returned the same way we had come,  passing an interesting 'tree'.

Once arriving back in town we had iced coffee before returning to the van.  Total distance - 7.5km.

Happy Hour back at the van followed by the usual tea, telly then bed.
