Evans Head Day 2

We were slow to get moving this morning as it was drizzling,  dull and dismal.  We had our showers,  then breakfast then it happened - a dreaded ant was spotted in the van.  While I tried to find their path into the van Evon was exterminating any ant that moved inside the van.

After a temporary victory was declared we did a few odd jobs around the van and a bit of reading.  It was soon time for lunch.

After lunch I decided to go for a bike ride.  The weather had cleared and the sun was shining.  This gave Evon her space temporarily and I was able to ride the bike paths of Evans Head,  covering about 15km.

I returned to the van,  showered and changed,  then we  wandered down the shops and enjoyed a coffee break.  By now it had started drizzling again.  Back to the van.  I caught up on some computer time and Evon back to her books.

No Happy Hour tonight,  just tea, telly and then bed.  Tomorrow we move on to Brunswick Heads.
