Up about 8.45am, showered and breakfast.
Free washing machine here so the "boss " decided to wash sheets and towels etc. The flanelette sheets have come out as we are now experiencing cooler nights. We are slowly aclimatizing.
It was time for a light lunch then we unloaded the bikes and went for a ride around the Barco River, not really suited to bikes. Back on made roads we visited a rest area south of the town. There were 5 vans camped there but no facilities as such.
Back into town, we stopped at the Tambo Lake and Park. This was Tambo's original water supply, now a birdlife habitat.
We then stopped at the info office, Tambo Teddies (where they made teddies out of sheepskin), a coffee at Fanny May's Cafe then back to the van. Evon stayed at the van while I rode around the streets of Tambo.
Back at the van I packed up the bikes. Evon had prepared tea, we then joined the camp fire get together for Happy Hour.
We then adjorned back to our respective vans, then it was tea, telly then bed.
